Joel permitted his coworker Leo to stay with us while he was between leases. During this time, Leo:
- didn’t leave until a week after the date he said he would;
- used Ken’s razor without permission and without cleaning it out afterward;
- wandered around wanting to use anyone’s computer that was on;
- stole food, including a whole loaf of bread and a whole jar of peanut butter;
- came home stoned very late most nights and turned a TV on loud;
- sat and played video games instead of doing the small chores (washing dishes, repairing a hole in the wall) we asked of him in return for boarding him;
- invited a friend to sleep over twice who was caught masturbating on our living room couch (the blue one depicted in the strip) in broad daylight and in full view of any unfortunate soul who might have happened through the front door.
Leo and his friend were dishonourably evicted immediately following the lattermost incident.
